Disney Cruise Line® contracts principal actors to bring to life the classic characters you grew up with. Disney Parks Talent Casting is currently auditioning for the upcoming casting cycle onboard the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder cruise ships.  We hire a repertory company to perform full scale musical theatre shows. 

We have more opportunity than ever! Nine month contracts begin in January/February 2018 and include competitive pay, travel, room and board, guest sailing privileges, significant contract completion bonus and additional benefits package.

Seeking musical theatre Principal actors to portray new roles within the exciting repertory: 

ANNA:  Elsa's younger sister; persistent, daring and highly optimistic; at times reacts impulsively; longs to reconnect with her sister Elsa and naively shares her thoughts with anyone who will listen; readily believes she's found her one true love in Hans. Manipulates puppets that are child size versions of herself. Must have excellent acting skills, and must show a natural, yet awkward, comedic charm.  Vocal Range: Skilled Soprano; mix/belt.

ELSA: Princess who becomes Queen; fearfully plagued by powers she hasn't yet learned to control; lives a life of isolation separated from society and those she loves, including her sister. Her isolation becomes her freedom.  At times manipulates puppets that are child size versions of herself. Physically trim.  Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano; floaty mix/ powerful belt. 

RAPUNZEL/CINDERELLA:  Principal Actor. Female, early 20s, 5’5” and under, very trim, strong actor, strong singer, mix belt to F. Beautiful and bold, spirited, smart and adventurous. Actress should have a genuine innocence and inner strength. * Also to portray various roles within the repertory. 

ANNE MARIE: Female, youthful 20’s to play a child. Should have a genuine and youthful disposition. Youthful belt, high mover. Strong movement is preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Performers should attend only one call.
• Prepare 16 bars of music and provide sheet music in correct key.
• Provide a current headshot and resume.
• Some performers may be asked to learn a small movement combination.
• Callbacks to be held by appointment on Nov 1-3, 2017. We strongly encourage performers from all cultural backgrounds to attend.
