Begin this quest by speaking to one of the guards in the south-west entry point to the Sentinel's Watch waypoint in the Mount Zavain zone. The guard (Terell) will ask the player if they've ever seen one of his guards named Ryston. The guard must look for Ryston however, he's fairly close to Sentinel's Guard take a left turn, heading towards the yellow circle that appears on the map. Ryston will inform the player that he'd like more nutritious food than the one he's receiving, and Diablo 4 Gold will ask the player to get him some Varanid haunches. Once they've obtained them and handed over to Ryston, he will start a fire with which to cook the portions. However for Ryston, a massive Gorejaw Varanid appears and swallows Ryston entire. Ryston must be killed by the Gorejaw in order to return Ryston's service Badge to Terell in order to receive the reward.

There are players who may see an apparition of a purple skull within their miniature map every now and then. These are the bosses that you want to see. It is considered an optional quest, despite being an unplanned event that can occur at any zone. But, the wanted bosses will always be in the same locations within a zone. These purple glowing bosses aren't as tough than the gold-colored bosses, and they have minions as well. In theory, this quest is simple to complete, though picking the right Diablo 4 classes will make it simpler. The only thing the player needs to do is track down and defeat this boss to earn the reward.

This side quest can be located on the Ancient Graveyard area of the Frozen Tundra zone. This area of the Ancient Graveyard is not an area traveled by many players. It's a ghost city, both figuratively and literally. Part of the reason is due to the fact that the creatures in this area have an unsettling habit of entrapping players in the ice ring. To begin this side-quest search for a person trying to remove an axe worthy of the role of a Barbarian through the snow. The axe was entrapping the Elder Horror though, which is now unlocked. The player will have to fight Frost Horrors, after which they will have to take on the Elder Horror itself.

"Scepter of Desperation" starts at the eastern end within buy Diablo IV Gold the Windswept Sands in the Shassar Sea zone. The player must talk with an individual called Gade who asks them to stop a group of people being targeted by a local group of brigands known as the Sand Scorpions.
