"No Tools" fine-tuning, with quick release ratchet handles on key adjustment points provides quick changeover capabilities. The positive tray or wrap around case handling capabilities provide high operating efficiencies. Servo controlled on all major drive positions maximizes uptime and minimizes maintenance and machine downtime.

The MK-CMA – Continuous Motion Autoload Cartoner is a robust, innovative cartoner that can handle a wide range of applications. The MK-CMA provides semi-automated or fully automated cartoning to manage your unique application. All major actuated components are servo driven on the MK-CMA. Autoload buckets can be adjusted manually or can feature fully automated change over to reduce set-up time. The MK-CMA features an Allen Bradley Controls Package that includes servo motors, servo drives, PanelView HMI, CompactLogix PLC, and more. Stainless steel panel construction and U.H.M.W. chain rails are standard, which provides long life and quiet, efficient operation. The MK-CMA can handle a wide range of product applications, including bags, pouches, blisters and more.
