Toktz-ketxil - Excellent ranged defence for a short offensive penalty in the range. It's not a bad trade-off. It's the Ring of Life - Mainly for absence of anything else to do. Things could go horribly wrong as I've got expensive items. I might try replacing it with the archer's ring if I ever buy one.
Here is my inventory when I go out of the banking 2 Ranged and 2 Super Defense Potions. They pace my trips. I also bank and replenish once the effects of the previous dose have gone away. 16 Monkfish - My staple food to start off with. As I eat, I replace them with bone. 1 gp/50 Nationals/Fire Staff I stack the majority of items that aren't stackable and, if I require more Nats (I rarely use a lot) then the Aviansies are more plentiful.
Trollheim Teleport - Well, for getting to Trollheim Teleport, you must go to the God Wars Dungeon. These inv. slots are replaced with Adamantite Bars in addition to Broad-Tipped Bolts. Mithril Grapple - To get into Armadyl's eyrie (and pretending I'm Luke Skywalker). Varrok Tele-Tab for quick access for the Grand Exchange to sell me things. 10-Bones-to-Peaches Tabs to replenish my food stash after eating the monkfish.
Like said above I'm able to last for 8 uses of Ranged Potion (my defence level never reaches its initial level and Super Defence Potions are cheap and are not expensive). I usually can get a clue 3 out of 4 times which is why I try to do it before the next one to ensure that I am being able to get another. I can usual get my killcount up to 150 in 1 run. That gets me about 325k profit.
You're looking to market items with a constant fluctuation in the event that it makes sense. A product that increases and decreases without warning. To figure out when things will rise or drop outside of this cycle, look for big updates such as weekend xp doubles or new quests. Try to merch items that most people will use to increase their skill, and do it in large quantities.
If I buy something on the exchange, I tend to go approximately 5%-10% less than medium price. It is then possible to sell it once the price rises for 5-10% more or you could come up with the price you want to set for your "wholesale" price which generally draws more attention from sellers outside the g.e.
If something doesn't sell or buy instantly, don't be stressed. If it's not selling then it's likely because you're buying below the average price, and only people who don't care/are desperate for cash sell under medium prices. Most of the time, the product will become available at the end of the day.
If it's not sold then it's likely to be an item that's not popular or, which could mean you've picked an item that isn't worth the price, also the rate you've set is too high. I wouldn't advise bringing the price down for at least a day two after you have made the offer public. Rememberthat merchandising isn't something that happens over night; it take alot of patience.
