Sportening, a mobile social network app that allows people who love sports, allowing them to join Chat rooms, updates and statistics as well as to rating players after games has raised $7 million for its seed funding round that includes a stake through Real Madrid star Luka Modri?. The new social network seeks to connect fans to fan bases for specific teams in sports.

The company has 250,000 current users , mainly of the US, UK and Italy and is targeting six million people to sign up to its platform in 2023. Sportening was established in Modri?'s native country of Croatia and was the first company to get funding from the soccer star, according to the press release.

Modri?
